"The most exhausting thing you can be, is inauthentic." - Anonymous
What does authentic mean? Traditionally it's defined as "Of undisputed origin and not a copy; genuine".
In an ever evolving world where we have to "stick out" to ensure our businesses grow and become successful or retain that success, it can feel daunting to continually be or remain authentic.
Here's my word to the wise and small business owners out there. No matter how hard it may feel to decipher the algorithms that determine our social media success, it's absolutely okay to change your methods and techniques. Learn how to create content, learn how to create Reels, Facebook, TikTok, start a YouTube channel etc. BUT never change your message or your brand story.
Because your authenticity is who you are. It's what makes your brand distinctly different.
Besides, in a world of 7,9 BILLION humans out there, your perfect community aka tribe will find you (even if it takes a little longer, don't lose hope!)
